The main purpose of the cocurricular Activities period is to teach children new things and help them uncover their hidden creativity skills and talent, as well as to teach them how to execute and present their work. The activities also teach teamwork, discipline, and focus. Teachers at our school plan unique themes for different classes every CCA session. Teachers also encourage all students to participate, which is my favourite aspect of our school.

The first CCA activity for Class 6 was ART OUT OF PENCIL SHARPENINGS, and the students were asked to make a flower or landscape using the waste pencil sharpening. Children learned through this project that anything can be created from scrap if it is used properly. The students absolutely loved this CCA session. And the art of every kiddo was so amazing.

The seventh-grade CCA was to TURN TRASH INTO TREASURE by letting students take old, useless items from their homes and turn them into something valuable. In their review, they stated that they would go ahead and give it a try after learning numerous Waste out of Best DIY from their friends. Few of them failed but they tried it again because there is no innovation without failure. Even so, they enjoyed themselves while participating in this activity.

We are often urged to plant trees instead of cutting them down. However, we never followed through with it, so SPS teachers planned to hold a CCA for class 8 in which we were required to set up our CLASS GARDEN along with the uniquely designed flower pots. Class 8 began preparing, the day the notice was sent because they were so excited for CCA. Each of us was required to give one plant, but we all gave two because we were having so much fun designing the pots and plants.
