On the 11th of April the SHE team -The Telangana Police Women Safety Wing visited our school to explain the importance of safety for everyone ,especially the girls in the society. The session was attended by the students of ICSE & ISC.

The SHE Team established in Hyderabad in October 2014 to create awareness in the people has spread gradually across the state of Telangana.Their mission- Say ‘NO ‘ to Eve Teasing.

First the team spoke about the difficulties faced by girls in their daily life giving some examples from the recent cases they worked on.

They spoke about how to help someone going through a tough situation for which they need the help of the police. We can call on 9490617444 or 7901114137 in case of any emergency.

The She Team meets the person in trouble wherever she may be. The culprit when caught would be charged with a punishment according to the degree of the crime.

We had an interactive session as well where the students clarified their doubts.

It was really an interesting and informative session.
